Owner Taryish Kinard runs Rosemary's Family Dining with his sons David and Taryish Jr.
Taryish Kinard named the restaurant after his late mother. Taryish (Terry) Kinard believes that Rosemary's Family Dining is the only Soul Food eatery in Southern Wisconsin and neighboring Southern Minnesota.
"I've always loved cooking," said Kinard, who was a cook at the Holiday Inn in La Crosse from 1992 to 1997. Terry has attended two cooking schools and values the knowledge he has gained from his late mother.
