Is your first set of questions.

Take as much time as you need to answer the questions. On the average this survey takes about thirty minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.

Read the description of each situation and vividly imagine it happening to you. You may not have experienced some of the situations, or think that neither situation is true, select either first or second response anyway, whichever is the likelier situation that applies to you. You may not like the way some of the responses sound. Do not choose what you think you should say or what would sound right to other people; choose the response you would be likelier to have.

Is your second set of questions.

Please select the answer for each question that most closely represents your truest response. Make your choice of: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neither Agree nor Disagree, Agree or Strongly Agree.

Is your third and last set of questions.

Using the following responses, please select the answer that is closest to the way in which you would respond to the questions: Ignore the comments, Respond with the same behavior, Confront the employee, Tell Manager/Supervisor, File a grievance or File a lawsuit.
