Clara Fields School of Excellence
2017 Summer School Sessions

The purpose of the Summer Session is to continue the education of currently enrolled students and to help students attending other schools, K-3rd who are struggling with reading. Fields graduates desiring to return for review instruction, will be given last priority.

Summer Session Registration and Transportation needs must be received by the school office on or before the 3rd Monday in May. Enrollment will be closed after this date.

CFSE 2017 Summer School:
June 6, 2017 to August 18, 2017.

All Session Enrollment:
15 Students Maximum

3-Sessions: A, B and Half-Day:
Monday - Friday
Morning Session A: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Morning Session B: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Half-day Session: 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
Students must register for a Minimum of 3-days.

Monthly Tuition:
Morning Session A or B
$175.00 for one child
$250.00 for two children
$87.50 for each additional child

Monthly Tuition Half-Day Session
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
$287.50 for one child
$431.25 for two children
$71.87 for each additional child

You may register for enrollment in CFSE in one of the   following three ways:

call 608-519-2367 to have Form mailed to you.

CFSE utilizes the online registration form year-round. You will receive a Letter of Acceptance if your child is selected or placed on our waiting list. When you receive your letter of acceptance, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit to reserve your child's spot. The deposit will be applied to the first month's tuition. 

Full-time enrollment is considered 3 to 5-days per-week.  Less than 3-days of attendance will not sustain progress towards the student's academic growth and is discouraged.

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Arrival Time Morning Session (A) & Half-Day Session.
8:00 a.m. - 8:10 a.m. Pledge of Allegiance, Circle Time with calendar, weather and
                                    morning message.
8:10 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Morning Program: All students Comprehensive Literacy Education.
9:30 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. All students Healthy Snack and Recess.
9:56 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. End of Morning Session (A).
Students must be picked-up promptly by 10:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. - 10:05 a.m. Arrival Time Morning Session (B) 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
10:05 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Overview, Lesson Plans and Class Assignments.
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  Comprehensive Literacy Education and Story Time.
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lunch Time (Parents Must Provide).
12:00 p.m. End of Morning (B) & Half-Day Sessions.               
                   Students must be picked-up promptly by 12:00 p.m.

Late Pick-up Fee

If your child is not picked-up by 12:30 p.m., you will be charged $1 per-minute beginning at 12:31 p.m. This charge must be paid at the time you return your child to school, or your child will not be permitted to attend until paid. You must contact Cecil Adams at: 608-519-2367 if you are going to be delayed. If you cannot be reached or contacted, Child Protective Services will be notified.
